The Alabama Nursery and Landscape Association (ALNLA) welcomed Jason Powell to its Board of Directors on January 22, 2010 at the Association’s annual meeting in Mobile, Ala. He will serve as Director for ALNLA.  

  Powell is the owner of Petals from the Past, Inc., located in Jemison, Ala. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture from Auburn University and his Master's Degree in Horticulture from Texas A&M. "As a director I look forward to learning more about our industry and contributing a different perspective," Powell said.
